Sarah Tirimacco

Dr. Sarah Tirimacco is a passionate and highly experienced chiropractor specializing in women’s health, with a focus on prenatal and postpartum care. As the co-owner of Pinnacle Hill Chiropractic in Rochester, NY, Dr. Sarah leads a thriving practice alongside her husband, supervising a team of eight Doctors of Chiropractic and three Licensed Massage Therapists. She is an Active Release Techniques® (ART®) Certified Provider and Webster Technique certified, and her expertise includes helping patients with neuromusculoskeletal issues and pelvic pain related to endometriosis. She co-founded the Rochester Endo Collective in 2024 to support those affected by endometriosis. Dr. Sarah earned an honors degree in Kinesiology from The University of Western Ontario, completed her Doctor of Chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College, and obtained an Executive MBA from the Valar Institute at the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
