Learning Objectives
Dr. Louise Nadeau will present 'Gentle Chiropractic For Today's Stressed Bodies' on Friday evening. She will detail how modern life factors—such as long hours at computers, hectic schedules, emotional stress from life changes like divorce or caregiving, challenges of raising children, and a history of accidents—contribute to chronic muscle tension and discomfort.
On Saturday morning, attendees can choose between two primary tracks. In Track 1, Dr. Sarah Tirimacco presents 'Essential Women's Health Concepts for Chiropractors'. This four-hour course introduces women's health as a clinical lens rather than a niche, providing doctors with practical screening tools, red flags, and treatment strategies for immediate use. Topics include pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy and postpartum considerations, and unique chronic pain patterns, teaching chiropractors how to manage these cases confidently within their scope and when to collaborate with other providers.
In Track 2, Dr. Crystal Zagwyn presents 'The Top 10 Mistakes in Chiropractic'. This program brings traditionally dry or highly technical topics to life using real-world examples and decades of clinical insight to help doctors avoid common clinical, professional, and operational mistakes. Attendees will walk away with practical tools, refined techniques, and actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately to build a confident, successful, and sustainable practice. A separate staff track is also available on Saturday morning, covering HIPAA and Compliance training.
Dr. Heidi Haavik will lead the Saturday afternoon session, offering attendees a chance to learn from one of the world's most respected chiropractic researchers. She will share her latest research studies and explain how she helps patients understand the neuroscience behind chiropractic. Earning up to 8.0 CE Hours, attendees will also join Dr. Haavik for a concluding session on Sunday morning where she will present the second half of her research findings and answer audience questions.
