Biography
Dr. Raj Jackson is a distinguished Doctor of Chiropractic and a PGA Golf Professional, uniquely positioned at the intersection of chiropractic care and elite golf performance. With over 25 years of experience in both the chiropractic and golf industries, Dr. Jackson brings an unparalleled perspective to understanding golf biomechanics and preventing injuries. He earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Georgia in 1999, following a Biology degree from West Virginia University. Dr. Jackson holds chiropractic licenses in California since 2000 and Nevada since 2015, having previously maintained a private practice in Kentucky, served as an associate doctor in Southern California, and worked as a resort chiropractor in Jamaica. In 2014, Dr. Jackson further expanded his expertise by becoming a PGA Golf Professional, achieving additional certifications from the PGA of America in Teaching & Coaching, Player Development, General Management, and Golf Operations. He is an active member of the Southern Nevada chapter of the PGA. From 2015 to 2023, he taught golf on the PGA Tour, demonstrating his deep understanding of the game at its highest level. Beyond golf, he is also a certified USPTA Tennis Professional (2006) and a USPTA Pickleball Professional (2022), further showcasing his diverse knowledge in sports performance and injury prevention. Dr. Jackson is widely recognized as a premier chiropractic continuing education provider in the United States since 2014, offering his signature "Dr. PGA Golf Seminars." These 12-hour courses are designed to bridge the gap between the golf swing and golf-related injuries, equipping chiropractors with the knowledge to become "golf doctors" in their practices and communities. His philosophy centers on educating healthcare professionals on golf biomechanics, injury prevention, peak performance, and rehabilitation, emphasizing an evidence-based approach to optimizing physical function for golfers. He serves as the Director of Instruction/Education at the Dr. PGA Golf Learning Center and Director of Education for the Dr. PGA University in Las Vegas, Nevada.
