Patrick Causey

Patrick is a Shareholder in Trenam’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, with a concentration on business and healthcare litigation. Patrick has significant experience defending doctors, chiropractors, and other healthcare providers against fraud and RICO claims brought by health insurance companies in federal court. Patrick also represents healthcare providers in pre-suit negotiations with insurance companies and has successfully resolved claims before a lawsuit is filed. Patrick leverages this experience to advise clients on proactive changes they can make to their practice to limit their exposure to insurance fraud investigations and lawsuits.
