Jill Foote

Jill Foote, a Healthcare IT Specialist, currently contracts with KMC University as a subject matter expert, bringing over 13 years of chiropractic clinic experience in billing and practice management. Prior to this, she served as Senior Manager of Coding and Practice Management for the American Chiropractic Association, where she was crucial in coordinating coding initiatives and educational campaigns. She has developed curriculum for KMC University and provided training to state associations and chiropractic colleges nationwide. Recognizing a growing need for HIPAA compliance training in IT, she founded Easy Tech Compliance, successfully establishing HIPAA compliant clinics and business associates across the nation with her practical approach.
