Hilario Hernandez

Ricky is a personal injury attorney with Pearland-based J.D. Silva & Associates. He has been an attorney with the firm since 2020. He successfully obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements on behalf of hundreds of injured clients and the surviving loved ones of wrongful death victims. A former assistant district attorney at the Harris County District Attorney’s office, Ricky has trial experience since 2018. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Houston and was valedictorian of his law school class from Texas Southern University.
