Garret Rock

Garret Rock, DC, is co-CEO of the Arete Network, a provider-governed clinically integrated network of conservative musculoskeletal providers. He owned and ran a chiropractic clinic for 12 years while working in sports science, partnering with more than 30 professional sports teams on performance and recovery. At Arete he works on provider positioning, reimbursement and patient referral to chiropractic care.
