Clinton Smith

Clinton Smith, DC, graduated from the National University of Health Sciences in 1988 after undergraduate study at Eastern Illinois and Northern Illinois universities. His practice covers low back, neck and joint pain along with employer services such as DOT physicals, physical performance evaluations and drug testing. He was one of the original members of the NRCME role delineation study that shaped requirements for DOT medical examiners, and he is president of NRCME Training Systems, LLC in Breese, Illinois. He served as a combat medic in the Illinois National Guard and has chaired the Clinton County Board of Health.
