He holds a PhD in brain and cognitive science from Miami University, and his research focuses on how chiropractic and exercise affect motor and postural control and human performance. He has over 65 peer-reviewed publications and is the recipient of the 2018 Researcher of the Year award from the American Chiropractic Association.
