Bill Gallagher

Dr. Bill Gallagher, DC, CMVI, is an experienced chiropractor and speaker recognized for his contributions to pain management and personal injury diagnostics. He founded the American Academy of Motor Vehicle Injuries to teach medical professionals how to effectively manage personal injury cases. His expertise focuses on the mechanisms of injury and enhancing the accuracy of diagnoses, particularly in relation to traumatic brain injuries and concussions.
