A one-day Fetterman seminar in Green Bay on Upper and Lower Crossed Syndromes, taught by Dr. Glenn R. Brown. It covers recognizing the postural changes and muscle imbalances behind these patterns, assessing posture, mobility, stability and movement, and understanding how tight, weak or inhibited muscles alter joint mechanics in the spine, pelvis and extremities.
