Special Hours Seminar: Treatment & Taping for Common Injuries & the Athletic Patient

This seminar includes all of Michigan’s Required Special Hours! Dr. Morgan will teach an overview of examination and treatment of common injuries, sports and kinesio taping, concussion protocols, and much more.

• •Perform comprehensive examination and differential diagnosis of common sports injuries affecting the spine and extremities
• •Apply evidence-based treatment protocols for acute and chronic athletic injuries
• •Demonstrate proper taping techniques including sports tape and kinesiology tape applications for injury prevention and support
• •Recognize and manage concussion protocols including sideline assessment and return-to-play guidelines
• •Understand the biomechanics of athletic movement and how to identify movement dysfunction in patients
• •Develop individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans for athletic patients
