Myofascial Disruption Technique – Grand Rapids

Myofascial Disruption Technique (MDT) is a soft-tissue approach co-developed by Dr. Brad Hayes, DC. In this Fetterman Events seminar in Grand Rapids, Michigan, he teaches it with live-patient demonstrations. After reviewing the science behind MDT, he goes condition by condition and shows the treatments so you can use them in practice right away.

Conditions covered include headaches, loss of range of motion, rib, hip, and knee pain, grade I and II ankle sprains (which Dr. Hayes reports often resolve in one or two visits), shin splints, plantar fasciitis, and Osgood-Schlatter disease (a three-visit protocol). He also shows a 30-second procedure for improving gait and balance. Dr. Hayes graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1977, has practiced in Tulsa since 1979, and has published research in journals including the Journal of Manipulative and Physiological Therapeutics and the Journal of Clinical Rheumatology.
