A five-hour ProCredits course for Georgia chiropractors at Hyatt House Atlanta/Cobb Galleria, presented by Dr. Kathryn Haynes, DC, and Dr. Sanford Hill, MBA, DC, JD. The first four hours cover risk management for complex injury cases: defensible initial evaluations and medical necessity, progress notes and re-exams, outcome measures, the link between documentation, coding and billing, audit risk, and preparing records for subpoenas, depositions and case reviews. The final hour reviews Georgia Board rules, scope of practice and the lawful practice of chiropractic.
