Tracy Marshall

Tracy Marshall joined the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment in September 2021 to help launch its paid Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) division. A registered nurse for more than 30 years with a nursing degree from the University of Wales, she is a certified case manager, certified disability management specialist and SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She previously directed clinical operations for Guardian Life's absence management business.
