Dr. Young further specialized his expertise by completing a rigorous 300-hour post-graduate Diplomate credential from the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians® (DACBSP), a designation held by fewer than 500 doctors nationally. With a career spanning over a decade, Dr. Young joined the faculty at Palmer College in 2009, where he also serves as a co-advisor and adjunct faculty clinician to the campus sports council, mentoring interns in treating athletes at various sporting events. His clinical experience includes maintaining a private practice in Ormond Beach, FL, with a strong emphasis on functional performance enhancement. Prior to his academic role, he practiced in fitness clubs and at the American Institute for Healthcare and Fitness in the North Carolina Research Triangle.
