Mike Ploski

Mike Ploski is a 1988 graduate of the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. He has a Master of Education in Exercise Physiology from Temple University. Recognized as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties, Mike is also a certified athletic trainer. He spent 6 years traveling with the PGA Tour as part of the onsite medical staff, and 5 years coordinating physical therapy and chiropractic care on the Tour, in addition to working with the CART racing league medical staff. A pioneer in the Graston Technique, Mike currently maintains a clinical practice at Body One Physical Therapy in Indianapolis, specializing in soft tissue dysfunction associated with orthopedic injuries.
