Melinda Malecki

Melinda Malecki, JD, MS, is a health law attorney with about 30 years of corporate, regulatory and risk management experience. She began as a risk manager at Rush University Medical Center and later became director of risk management and then general counsel at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park. In private practice since 2000, she advises physicians, hospitals and health centers on compliance, risk management, contracts and the purchase and sale of practices.
