Kara Fitzgerald

Dr. Fitzgerald received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She completed a post-doctoral position in nutritional biochemistry and laboratory science at Metametrix Clinical Laboratory and a residency at Progressive Medical Center. She lectures globally on functional medicine and leads research on DNA methylation interventions for healthy aging. Dr. Fitzgerald has authored several publications and runs an award-nominated podcast series on functional medicine.
