John Hayes

Dr. John Hayes Jr. is a Board Certified Family & Lifestyle Medicine Physician with a unique background that includes extensive experience as a chiropractor and nutritionist. He earned his first Doctorate degree in Chiropractic (D.C.) from National College of Health Sciences and a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in CT. He also holds a Diplomate from the American Board of Orthopedists (D.A.B.C.O.). Dr. Hayes built a highly successful chiropractic practice in Massachusetts over 30 years, where he focused on helping patients with spine, joint, and chronic pain through comprehensive care including manual therapy, nutrition, and laser treatments. Driven by a desire to further help his patients, Dr. Hayes pursued medical school, graduating Suma Cum Laude from USAT, Montserrat. He completed his Family & Lifestyle Medicine Residency at St. Luke's Anderson in Easton, PA, and is Board Certified in Family and Lifestyle Medicine. Notably, he is also the first MD to complete their Osteopathic Training program at St. Luke's. His extensive research and clinical experience led him to develop the NeuropathyDR® Protocol and the NDGen® Neurostimulator, treatment systems now utilized worldwide for individuals suffering from neuropathy, chronic pain, and related illnesses. Dr. Hayes is also an author and consultant, having published the EVVY-nominated book “Living & Practicing by Design,” and continues to write for both patients and physicians on topics related to health, lifestyle, and the evolving landscape of medicine. He maintains an active Direct Primary Care and Neuromusculoskeletal Practice in Marshfield, Massachusetts.
