J. Michael Skiba

Dr. J. Michael Skiba, also known as Dr. Fraud ®, is an international consultant and expert on financial crime and cybercrime, with 22 years in the fraud industry and nine years as COO/President of the International Fraud Training Group, which he cofounded. He consults, trains, and speaks on financial crime in 101 countries, including for international governments, private companies, and colleges, and serves as an International Financial Crime Consultant and Tactical Intelligence Officer for the United Nations. He has been a professor for 18 years and is currently the Department Chair at Colorado State University Global, overseeing the Criminal Justice Department. Dr. Skiba holds an MBA and a PhD with a research focus on economic crime, is a staff instructor for INTERPOL, FBI, and ATF, has published over 300 articles including "The Psychology of Fraud," and hosts DFTV and "Fraud Fireside Chat" on KRDO Colorado.
