Iva Hughes

Dr. Iva Hughes is a distinguished Doctor of Chiropractic known for her profound dedication to family wellness, with a specialized focus on prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. Her journey into chiropractic began after witnessing the transformative power of chiropractic care firsthand as a licensed massage therapist. She pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic, graduating in 2006. Prior to her chiropractic studies, Dr. Hughes also earned a degree in massage therapy and an Associate's Degree in Accounting. Dr. Hughes is an integral part of Hughes Chiropractic Clinics, a long-standing family practice in Rock Hill and Chester, South Carolina, established in 1939. She practices alongside her husband, Dr. Brian Hughes, and Dr. Douglas B. Hughes, Jr., continuing a legacy of compassionate and results-driven care. Her commitment to the profession and her patients was recognized in 2014 when she became the first female doctor to be awarded South Carolina's Young Chiropractor of the Year by the South Carolina Chiropractic Association. With a vitalistic approach, Dr. Hughes is passionate about educating and empowering individuals to understand and harness their body's inherent intelligence.
