Hector Rivera-Melo

Dr. Hector Rivera-Melo graduated with honors from Southern California University of Health Sciences (SCU) in 2009 with a doctorate in chiropractic and completed a radiology residency there, earning the title of Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiologists (DACBR) in 2012. He obtained his certificate in musculoskeletal ultrasound (RMSK®) in 2017 and currently serves as the Director for the Center of Diagnostic Imaging, head radiologist, and Associate Professor II at SCU, where he teaches several radiology courses. Dr. Rivera-Melo has authored several papers and lectured nationally and internationally on various imaging-related topics.
