Biography

Freddys Garcia, DC, MS, DACNB, is a chiropractic neurologist and functional neurology lecturer. At the Carrick Institute for Graduate Studies in Cape Canaveral, Florida, he has been an associate professor of neurology since 2012 and director of curriculum development and operations since 2015. He also handles technology for the American College of Functional Neurology.
