Eric Snow

Dr. Eric Snow, DC, is a board-certified chiropractic physician and functional medicine practitioner based in Lake Charles, Louisiana. A native of the area, he completed undergraduate studies at McNeese State University and Louisiana State University before earning his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas, in December 2005. Passionate about whole-body wellness, he continued his professional development with advanced certifications, including Integrative Assessment Technique in New York, New York (August 2010), Advanced Applied Clinical Nutrition in Houston, Texas (November 2011), and Functional Medicine from Functional Medicine University (December 2022). In May 2008, Dr. Snow founded Snow Holistic Health, where he serves as owner and clinic director. Alongside his wife, Dr. Katie Snow, Pharm.D., he delivers integrative care that blends chiropractic care with functional nutrition, neuromuscular therapies, and whole-food supplementation. The practice focuses on identifying and addressing root causes of health challenges—such as spinal misalignments, nutritional imbalances, and toxicities—to support the body’s innate healing ability. With more than 16 years of clinical experience and over 4,000 documented patient success stories, Snow Holistic Health offers both in-person and virtual consultations to patients seeking improved energy, brain function, and pain relief. Dr. Snow is the co-author of the 2018 book Eat & Be Well: How To Use Food To Maximize Energy, Boost Brain Power, And Get Out Of Pain. He maintains active memberships in SOTO-USA (since April 2009), the Weston A. Price Foundation (since December 2010), the Chiropractic Association of Louisiana (since October 2014), and the American Chiropractic Association (since October 2014). Through his clinical work, educational programs, and writings, Dr. Snow remains dedicated to empowering individuals with natural, patient-centered strategies for lasting health and vitality.
