Ellen Fitzenrider

Dr. Fitzenrider is a 1991 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic who built and sold two successful Chiropractic offices in two states. In 2018, along with dozens of colleagues in Virginia, her office was subject to a devastating and unjust insurance carrier audit which she fought back against and ultimately had overturned. Utilizing the important lessons and skills she acquired from that experience, Dr. Fitzenrider now spends her time passionately educating her chiropractic colleagues, other healthcare professionals, billing & coding professionals, and healthcare attorneys about STRATEGIC TOOLS to implement EHR documentation compliance and how to effectively and assertively respond to INSURANCE CARRIER AUDITS.
