Cecilia Chen

Cecilia Chen, MD, is a pain medicine physician and stem cell researcher. She earned her medical degree from Norman Bethune Medical School in China, completed an anesthesia residency at the University of Toledo Medical Center and a pain medicine fellowship at the University of Washington. She also holds a PhD in orthopedic surgery from Queen's University with research on mesenchymal stem cells in nonunion fractures, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
