Brandon Zarsky

Brandon S. Zarsky, Esq., is a partner in Frier Levitt's Healthcare Practice Group. He advises physicians, medical practices, MSOs, licensed facilities and medical spas on regulatory issues such as the Anti-Kickback Statute, the Stark Law, corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting and scope of practice, and handles transactions for medical aesthetics businesses. He graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2016 with a concentration in health law and clerked in Monmouth County, New Jersey, before joining the firm.
