Dr. Bernard 'Beau' Landry-Wegener is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore. A native of New Orleans, he attended Louisiana State University School of Medicine, after initially pursuing a career in the arts. Dr. Landry-Wegener applies his theater skills to improve patient interactions, encouraging empathetic communication in healthcare settings. His experiences in artistic expression have allowed him to bridge the gap between theater and medicine, making healthcare more human-centered.
