Ashley Elmer

Dr. Ashley Elmer, DC, CACCP, is a mama, postpartum doula, and a perinatal and pediatric chiropractor. Dr. Ashley graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2009. Over the last decade, she has owned a thriving practice, become a mother, and found her purpose: caring for and supporting moms, babies, and children. A highlight and pivotal part of Dr. Ashley’s education was traveling to Costa Rica for a month and caring for patients who lived in poverty. During this experience, she fell in love with the people and the culture of this vibrant country. Now, twelve years later, she is in the process of moving her family to Costa Rica to be a part of the birth and postpartum community. Through her company, Connected & Inspired Media, Dr. Ashley supports doctors across North America who share her passion in caring for perinatal and pediatric populations. In her free time, Dr. Ashley enjoys yoga and meditation, reading, adventures with friends and family, and being in nature.
