Dr. Daniel Dock earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 1982. He is Board-Certified with a Diplomate from the International Academy of Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine (DIANM) and is also a Board Certified Chiropractic Orthopedist. Dr. Dock has been a dedicated educator, teaching continuing education to chiropractors and attorneys since 1989. In his clinical practice, Dr. Dock offers second opinions in complex cases and has served as an expert witness in numerous malpractice cases.
