About This Event
Live in-person seminar hosted by Total Health Chiropractic focusing on the evaluation and management of vertigo and balance disorders in chiropractic practice. This course covers the anatomical basis of vestibular function, clinical assessment methods, and practical treatment strategies for managing patients presenting with dizziness and balance dysfunction. Participants will learn to differentiate between various types of vertigo, identify appropriate cases for chiropractic care, and recognize conditions requiring medical referral.
