Using Functional Measures to Demonstrate Medical Necessity in Clinical Practice and Peer Review – Part 1 - 1 CE
About This Event
This two-part webinar series is designed for treating chiropractors and peer reviewers who seek to enhance their clinical skills and reduce risk by using functional outcome measures to establish medical necessity. Part one provides an overview of key concepts that enable attendees to better integrate outcome measures into their clinical and peer review processes. This session offers an opportunity to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of specific outcome measures that are commonly used to evaluate low back conditions. The concepts will be applied in case reviews from the perspectives of both a treating provider and a peer reviewer. Attendees will develop skills that they can immediately apply to clinical practice or peer review.
