Upper & Lower Extremity Adjusting Techniques

This extremity adjusting workshop is like none other. It was designed to demonstrate to and teach the DC how to manually adjust extremity articulations more effectively and efficiently with little to no discomfort to the patient.

• -Master proper hand positioning and body mechanics for safe and effective upper extremity adjustments
• -Learn evidence-based techniques for adjusting the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand articulations
• -Develop proficiency in lower extremity adjustment techniques including the hip, knee, ankle, and foot
• -Understand patient comfort principles and methods to minimize discomfort during extremity manipulation
• -Identify appropriate patient cases and contraindications for extremity adjusting
• -Practice efficient adjustment protocols that improve patient outcomes and clinic workflow
