Upper & Lower Extremity Adjusting Techniques

This extremity adjusting workshop is like none other. It was designed to demonstrate to and teach the DC how to manually adjust extremity articulations more effectively and efficiently with little to no discomfort to the patient.

• -Master proper hand positioning and body mechanics for upper extremity adjustments (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand)
• -Develop proficiency in lower extremity adjustment techniques (hip, knee, ankle, foot) with improved patient comfort
• -Identify appropriate patient positioning and stabilization methods to enhance adjustment effectiveness
• -Apply evidence-based adjustment protocols that minimize patient discomfort while maximizing therapeutic outcomes
• -Recognize common adjustment errors and learn corrective strategies for safer, more efficient technique delivery
• -Understand the anatomical and biomechanical principles underlying effective extremity manipulation
