Basic Science – Nutrition (6 hours, Category B): natural inflammation-reduction options and anti-inflammatory protocols; digestion, fiber, minerals, collagen protein and colon health; water testing, pH and filtration; amino acids for cardiovascular health and nitric oxide production; recent NIH/PubMed immune-system research; and evidence on intermittent fasting, ketogenic and plant-based diets.
