Treating Common Sports Injuries (Live-Stream)

Dr. Dale Morgan, DC, CCSP, teaches this four-hour Fetterman Events live-stream on evaluating and treating the injuries chiropractors see most in active and athletic patients, from first exam to return to activity.

The session has four parts. Assessment & Examination builds a systematic way to evaluate common musculoskeletal and sports injuries by looking at mobility, stability, function, movement patterns, and areas of dysfunction. Treatment Approaches covers practical chiropractic techniques and supportive strategies for building individualized plans that restore mobility and function. Sports & Kinesio Taping shows how taping can support injured tissue, improve function, and help patients get back to activity safely. Functional Evaluation & Clinical Application brings it all together with real-world cases involving active patients. Dr. Morgan, DC, CCSP, has worked more than 120 American Motorcycle Association Grand National Flat Track races since 1994, often as the only physician on site.

Friday, January 8, 2027, 1:00–5:00 PM Eastern, live on Zoom.
