This 50-minute presentation discusses the functions and importance of the brainstem in infants, how it controls and coordinates the most important functions of the body, and the pathophysiology of upper cervical subluxation on a variety of common symptoms with which newborns can present to your office. This presentation lays out the underlying physiology of why infants should be adjusted from birth and how to relate these reasons simply to a pediatrician so that they can understand the impact and need of a chiropractic adjustment.
