A dysregulated nervous system is a dysregulated brain. This seminar will cover the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease from neurodevelopment to neurodegeneration. The principles of the Polyvagal Theory and how to apply them in everyday practice will be discussed, as well as the gut-brain-immune-hormone axis and specific neuro-nutritional considerations.
