Prior to this, she gained 15 years of experience as a Chiropractic Assistant in a high-volume, multi-doctor practice, where she developed the foundational skills and background essential for her coaching role. Her primary objective as a Team Development Coach is to empower every Chiropractic Assistant she mentors to become a dedicated Chiropractic Advocate. She emphasizes the importance of comprehensive training in scripts, systems, and procedures, alongside a deep understanding and embrace of Chiropractic Philosophy.
