Kristen Hosaka, DC is a perinatal and pediatric focused chiropractor, ICPA Instructor, Dynamic Body Balancing Instructor, and mama to 5. She graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in 2002 and runs a thriving practice in the suburbs of Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Kristen began her perinatal journey through receiving chiropractic care throughout her pregnancies. She worked at birth centers for 10 years and was present for over 250 births and countless labors. She received her Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner designation in 2017 and became a Dynamic Body Balancing Facilitator in 2018. Dr. Kristen has spoken at many midwifery conferences including the Spinning Babies Confluence in both 2021 and 2022 discussing the biomechanics of the sacrum in labor and nuchal hand presentations. Dr. Hosaka is passionate about helping pregnant people balance their bodies to create an easier passage for babies into this world. She strives to make birth better for the dyad and to help prevent birth trauma and subluxation through balanced, physiological births.
