About This Event
This event is the first of four practical sessions on the Simplified SOT® Method, designed to help practitioners master the patterns of Sacro Occipital Technique. Developed by Dr. Major Bertrand DeJarnette nearly 100 years ago, SOT® is a predictable, pattern-based system for identifying and correcting subluxations. This series aims to break down the often-complex original material into a powerful, practical tool for achieving long-term patient improvements.
Session 1 focuses on "Pre-Blocking Procedures," which are essential foundational soft-tissue and preparatory adjustments performed before diving into the three main SOT® Categories. These procedures are designed to release tension, improve breathing and organ support, and establish a more balanced starting point for subsequent corrections, ultimately making them more effective and longer-lasting.
