Hello! I’m Dr. Jessica — a wife, a mom of four, and a healer to many, with a knack for occasionally bending time. For three decades, I’ve been deeply immersed in the world of biohacking, dedicated to restoring health in the most holistic way possible. My mission? To uncover the root causes of chronic illness and empower you with effective solutions. My journey into holistic healthcare began with my health struggles. For years, I battled headaches, sinus infections, and allergies, eventually developing “adult-onset asthma” during my college years at Ohio State. Despite skepticism, I reluctantly visited a chiropractor at the insistence of a friend—a decision that would change my life. Surprisingly, chiropractic care not only relieved my headaches but also played a pivotal role in my recovery from a severe shoulder injury sustained in a car accident. The pivotal moment came when my chiropractor pointed out the remarkable improvement in my overall health since starting care—sinus infections, headaches, and asthma attacks were things of the past. His words resonated deeply, leading me to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa, where I immersed myself in the principles and history of chiropractic care. Ten years later, after having a significant health scare with my second child, I knew without a doubt I could not holistically and comprehensively help my patients without integrating nutrition into my practice. For decades, I’ve witnessed my practice—and thousands of patients—flourish. I cherish our cultivated family atmosphere, with generations of families under our care. We believe in empowerment and accountability, guiding our patients toward their wellness goals. Family is at the heart of everything I do. With three daughters, one son, an amazing husband, and a menagerie of pets, we enjoy travel, exploration, and spending time outdoors. Healing comes from within, and I am committed to supporting you across four pillars of health: Structure, Emotions, Environment, and Nutrition. From newborns to seniors, a new level of wellness is achievable no matter where you are.
