Pediatric Examination, Spinal Adjusting, and Autonomic Balance

This seminar will establish a strong(er) foundation for those wishing to comfortably care for infants, children, and teenagers. Attendees will gain expertise in neurological tests, orthopedic exams, primitive reflexes, and other objective examination skills, as well as learning a basic set of spinal adjusting skills and how to better know what growing bodies need at that moment.

• •Perform comprehensive neurological and orthopedic examinations specific to pediatric patients across different developmental stages
• •Assess and interpret primitive reflexes and their integration patterns in infants and children
• •Apply age-appropriate spinal adjustment techniques with proper modification for pediatric anatomy and physiology
• •Identify structural and functional needs unique to growing bodies at different developmental stages
• •Recognize autonomic nervous system imbalances and their relationship to pediatric health complaints
• •Develop clinical confidence and competency in safe, effective care for infants, children, and adolescents
