About This Event
Let the OSCA train and prepare your staff for a successful role on your team. Level 1 contains 12 hours of staff education on the topics of: Chiropractic Philosophy, Day in the Office (Flow of Patients, etc), Introduction to Insurance and Compliance for Everyone, and Common Terminology for the CA and Laws & Rules of the Board that touch the CA Role. This comprehensive certification covers essential aspects of chiropractic practice, including a brief history of chiropractic, various techniques, common patient conditions, and the influence of philosophy on clinic operations. Participants will also learn about staff roles, effective communication, patient flow, and interdepartmental training for efficiency and compliance. Furthermore, the course delves into health insurance basics, HIPAA, OSHA, documentation compliance, and key terminology, alongside relevant laws and rules governing the CA role.
