Eric Russell

Eric G. Russell obtained his chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1996. Dr. Russell currently serves as the Philosophy Stream Coordinator for the Australian College of Chiropractic and works as a consultant for Dr. Brad Glowaki’s LevelUp Mentoring. He was the first Diplomate of Philosophical Chiropractic Standards (DPhCS) to be named president of a chiropractic college in the profession’s history when he served at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic. Dr. Russell was named a Fellow in Chiropractic Philosophy in 2023. Because of his emphasis on service to the profession, Dr. Russell has received numerous professional and teaching awards. His most prestigious awards include induction to the Palmer College of Chiropractic Great Hall of Philosophers and the Palmer Hall of Presidents, Parker College of Chiropractic Faculty of the Year, Fellow of the International Chiropractors Association, and Chiropractor of the Year for both Illinois and Texas. Dr. Russell strives to inspire chiropractors to be the best they can be at the philosophy, science, and art of chiropractic.

Brett Winchester

Dr. Brett Winchester is the co-founder of Gestalt Education and the owner of Winchester Spine and Sport in Troy, MO. Dr. Winchester was the team Chiropractor for the St. Louis Cardinals for several years and travels the world teaching manual therapy and rehabilitation skills to physicians.

Laura Swingen

Dr. Laura A. Swingen embarked on her chiropractic profession after graduating from the University of Oregon in 1986 and Western States Chiropractic College in 1990. She gained experience as an associate doctor, learning the NUCCA technique, before joining Sunset Chiropractic Clinic in 1991, where she has served thousands of patients over her more than 34-year career. Dr. Swingen has also participated in three chiropractic mission trips to Central America, providing much-needed care to hundreds of people. In 2010, Dr. Swingen pursued advanced studies in Chiropractic Neurology, completing 475 classroom hours and passing a rigorous board examination to earn her certification in 2012. This achievement made her one of only a handful of Chiropractic Neurologists in Oregon, allowing her to assist patients with greater precision and attracting referrals for complex cases from colleagues statewide. She is known for her compassionate and persistent approach, blending various chiropractic techniques with extensive clinical skill to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Dr. Swingen is an active member of the chiropractic community, holding the presidency of the Functional Chiropractic Council within the Oregon Chiropractic Association. She is also a member of the International Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, and the American Chiropractic Neurology Board, and is a founding member of the International Association of Functional Neurology and Rehabilitation. Her commitment to ongoing education includes over 600 hours of training in the treatment of concussion and mild traumatic brain injury. Dr. Swingen has contributed to peer-reviewed literature, publishing research on neurological rehabilitation in Integrative Medicine: A Clinician's Journal (April/May 2017), and was honored as Chiropractor of the Year in 2023 by the Oregon Chiropractic Association.

Todd Turnbull

Dr. Todd Turnbull received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in 1991, attained Board Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician in 2001, and earned Board Certification as a Brain Injury Specialist in 2019. He has served as a post-graduate faculty member for several Chiropractic institutions, developed over 30 hours of courses for ChiroCredit.com, and authored numerous articles on Concussions, Disc Herniations, Rehabilitation, and Soft Tissue Diagnosis and Treatment.

Dr. Brett L. Kinsler earned his D.C. degree from the University of Bridgeport summa cum laude, salutatorian, and with the Joseph Janse Research Award. He holds a master's certificate in Healthcare Data Analytics from Johns Hopkins Medical School and is a certified clinical informaticist. Currently, he is a research assistant professor of neurology at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and director of the Center for Health and Technology's Health Division.
