About This Event
This 7 module series will remind you how to eat mindfully. You will practice listening to what your body needs, learn to honor your cravings, and identifying how much you should eat and when you should eat. This program is designed for Registered Dietitians and other health professionals to learn how to mindfully eat, and practice this first, so they can guide their clients as well.
