About This Event

The Pediatric Nervous System: Assessment and Techniques for Clinical Practice is a 12-hour, in-person seminar from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), taught by Michael Hall, DC. This course was previously titled "Developmental Neurobiology." It focuses on the physiological intersections that affect spinal health, quality of life and reaching milestones from infancy through childhood. It covers current neurological principles for the sensory, motor and cognitive systems and the tone of the autonomic nervous system, with exam and assessment techniques demonstrated throughout.

The course goal is a functional, working understanding of the developing nervous system, so you can better apply, interpret and organize your clinical procedures for the patients you see every day.

This session runs Saturday, March 6, 2027, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Sunday, March 7, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Central time, at Love Yourself Chiropractic, 1082 Crosswinds Court, Wentzville, MO 63385, in the St. Louis area. ICPA's recommended hotel is Hampton Inn St. Louis Wentzville, 150 Wentzville Bluffs Drive, Wentzville, MO.

ICPA lists approved CE for this date in 34 jurisdictions (US states plus DC, Puerto Rico and the Canadian provinces AB, BC, ON): 12 hours in most. Check the Venue & CE Details on ICPA's course page for your state. Registration is $720 for non-members, $480 for ICPA DC members and $360 for student members (USD). Registration is open to chiropractors and to chiropractic students in their final two years. Bring a baby doll, paper and multi-colored pens (you will draw diagrams), and read the notes before the seminar.
