As CEO of the NeuroSport Spine and Concussion Center, Dr. Moreau has not only honed his clinical expertise but has also established himself as a published clinician researcher, contributing significantly to the advancement of clinical practices. In 2009, Dr. Moreau assumed the pivotal role of Director of Clinics at the United States Olympic Committee (USOC), embarking on a decade-long journey of pioneering initiatives aimed at elevating medical care standards for athletes. His unwavering commitment and exceptional leadership led to his appointment as Vice President of Sports Medicine at the USOC in 2017. He oversaw all sports medicine clinical care activities, including the oversight of medical services at the Olympic/Paralympic Games and the management of USOC Clinics. A testament to his groundbreaking achievements, Dr. Moreau spearheaded the establishment of the U.S. Coalition for the Prevention of Illness and Injury in Sport, recognized globally as one of only eleven IOC International Centers of Research Excellence. Notably, he made history as the sole Doctor of Chiropractic to serve as an Olympic National Organizing Committee Chief Medical Officer for Team USA at the 2016 Rio Summer Games and the 2018 Winter Games in South Korea.
