Good Faith Estimates and the No Surprises Act
About This Event
The No Surprises Act's primary purpose is to ensure that patients do not receive health care bills far exceeding their awareness or expectations. Although the most heralded portions of the law (usually pertaining to hospital services) do not apply to most chiropractic physicians, another key provision related to "œgood faith estimates" does apply to chiropractic offices. This course is designed to help attendees understand the requirements for Good Faith Estimates (GFE) and implementation strategies for their practice.
